How long does it take to deliver a crystal chandelier?

The manufacturing of crystal lamps in our factory takes about 2-4 weeks, depending on the components' supply. Our warehouses and dealers also have products that may leave significantly faster. Contact us and ask for more about the models found directly in our warehouse!


In addition to manufacturing, freight also takes its own time, but good things come to those who wait, no?

 

I already ordered a chandelier. Can I still change my order?

If you would like to change your order, please contact us as quickly as possible, and we will try to take your wishes for the manufacture and delivery of the lamp into account. If the order has already left the factory or dealer, the order's content can unfortunately no longer be affected.

How much does maintenance of my old crystal chandelier cost?

A lamp serviced by Nordic Crystal is as good as new and brings sparkles again, as it did in its youth, for years to come. The price of servicing an old crystal chandelier is usually starting from a few hundred euros. The exact price is determined on a case-by-case basis, as the amount of work is affected by factors such as the extent of maintenance, the lamp's condition and size, the number of crystals, and other factors.

Add glitz to your old lamp

If you think your crystal chandelier's sparkle is not bright enough, we can replace the crystals with our high-quality crystals, which contain more than 30 % of lead. The electrics of a lamp can also be renewed, lighting fittings can be added, or coloured LED light strips can be added for a little sprucing up. Ask for an offer on tuning your old crystal chandelier!

How do I place an order?

To place an order, follow the following steps:


1. Browse the collection in our online store and choose your preferred lamp.

Remember, we also make custom crystal chandeliers. You can get in touch and ask for an offer of a customised lamp here.

2. Add your chosen products to your cart and go to the checkout
3. Enter your contact information
4. Select the delivery method
5. If you want to order a crystal chandelier, for example, as a gift, enter a separate shipping address. The default shipping address is that of the customer.
6. Choose your payment method
7. Add information related to the order to the More Information field, if necessary.

 
Can I order on a mobile device as well? 

Nordic Crystal’s webpage and shop is responsive and works equally smoothly in desktop and mobile environments. You can very well place an order on any device.

 
Can I order from abroad? 

Yes, you can. All our lamps are manufactured in Turku, Finland, but we also ship crystal chandeliers abroad to EU-countries.

 
Can I change the shipping or billing address after I place an order? 

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you would like to make changes to the content or delivery and billing addresses of an already placed order.


We will seek to implement the changes that have been made in retrospect when possible. If the order has already been shipped from out warehouse or dealer, we can unfortunately no longer affect the order's content or delivery. 

 

Can I add or remove products after I place an order? 

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you would like to make changes to the content or delivery and billing addresses of an already placed order.

What if the price changes after I place my order? 

The products' price is determined by what it is listed as in our online store at the time of shipping. If we have not had time to start manufacturing the lamp, you can cancel your order and place a new one with the updated price.

 

How can I keep track of my order?

We will keep you updated by email on the progress of your order. When the order is ready for delivery, we will send you the shipping ID provided by our partner in charge of delivery. To track the package, enter the shipping ID into the courier’s tracking service. 

 

Why can't I buy all products in the online store? 

Our collection includes 18 timeless classic models that you can order directly from the online store. For custom-made lamps, we kindly ask you to contact us and request an offer separately.
